Position Summary

The Airbus A320/A321 Captain is responsible for the safe and professional operation of assigned airline flights while providing effective flight deck leadership and maintaining high standards of operational excellence and passenger service.

• Serve as Pilot in Command on Airbus A320/A321 flight operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of flight safety and operational professionalism.
• Provide effective leadership within a multi-crew flight deck environment.
• Operate in accordance with established procedures and applicable aviation requirements.
• Support a professional and service-focused passenger experience.

Requirements

• Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
• Approved Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 500 hours Total Time on Airbus A320 type.
• Airbus A320 flight experience within the previous 12 months.
• Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Maximum age of 58.
• Minimum high school education or higher.
• Final exemption or release from military service.
• Proven experience operating in a multi-crew environment.
