Position Summary

The Airbus A320/A321 First Officer supports safe and professional airline flight operations within a multi-crew environment. This position is intended for experienced First Officers pursuing an accelerated command pathway while maintaining high standards of safety, operational excellence, and passenger service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer on Airbus A320/A321 flight operations.
• Support the Captain in the safe and professional operation of assigned flights.
• Maintain effective coordination and communication within a multi-crew flight deck environment.
• Operate in accordance with established procedures and applicable aviation requirements.
• Support a professional and service-focused passenger experience.

Requirements

• Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
• Approved Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 3,700 hours Total Time, excluding P3, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft.
• Airbus A320 flight experience within the previous 12 months.
• Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Maximum age of 40.
• Minimum high school education or higher.
• Final exemption or release from military service.
• Proven experience operating in a multi-crew environment.
