Captain / ARM | Falcon 900B

Position Summary

The Captain serves as Lead Captain and Aviation Resource Manager for a Falcon 900B, combining safe flight operations with aircraft management, owner relations, and crew leadership.

Schedule

• Full-time, onsite
• Personalized schedule with 10 days off and 20 scheduled flight days per month
• Must remain flexible for on-call operations and changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Captain and ensure safe aircraft operation
• Conduct flight planning, inspections, weather reviews, and flight documentation
• Liaise with the aircraft owner and internal departments
• Lead and mentor assigned crew members
• Coordinate maintenance, crew schedules, aircraft readiness, and owner/charter utilization
• Review aircraft management costs and monthly statements

Requirements

• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 3,000 PIC hours
• Minimum 3,000 multi-engine hours
• Minimum 2,000 multi-engine PIC hours
• Minimum 200 hours in aircraft type, including 100 PIC
• DA-50 Type Rating or comparable aircraft qualification, as specified by the employer
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Compliance with ICAO Annex I requirements for international multi-pilot commercial operations
• Must obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial pilot travel to and from Canada
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1,750 turbine hours preferred
• Previous Part 135 experience
