First Officer | Bombardier CRJ200

Position Summary

The First Officer supports Part 135 On-Demand operations aboard the Bombardier CRJ200. The position requires professional flight operations, crew coordination, and passenger service.

Schedule

• Full-time, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must reside where reporting within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods is possible.

Responsibilities

• Place safety above operational priorities.
• Conduct preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
• Follow company policies, manuals, and Part 135 regulations.
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and passenger readiness.
• Provide customer service and complete assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multiengine Land and Instrument Airplane Rating.
• Current First Class Medical.
• English Proficiency Endorsement.
• 500 total flight hours and 25 multiengine hours.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Current passport and U.S. work authorization, with ability to travel internationally.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Required employment-history, criminal-history, reference, driving-record, and drug screenings.
• No excessive checkride failures or previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 750 total flight hours.
• 50 multiengine hours.
• No more than two checkride failures.

Compensation

• Starting annual salary: $36,000.
• Advertised salary range: $36,000–$70,939.
• Additional trip incentives may apply.
