First Officer | Cessna Citation XLS

Position Summary

The First Officer supports Citation XL/XLS aircraft operations under Part 135 regulations. The position involves on-demand charter flights, flight preparation, and passenger service.

Schedule

• Full-time, home-based.
• Variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Second-in-Command on assigned Citation XL/XLS flights.
• Assist with flight planning, weather reviews, and aircraft preparation.
• Conduct assigned cockpit duties in accordance with operating procedures.
• Monitor aircraft systems and flight progress.
• Coordinate with the Captain and ground personnel.
• Support passenger service and aircraft readiness.

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot (CPL) Certificate with Multiengine Rating.
• SIC Type Rating.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 250 hours PIC.
• Minimum 25 hours Multiengine.
• Minimum 75 hours Instrument.
• Minimum age 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and travel internationally.
• Valid passport and driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Satisfactory DOT drug screening, background, fingerprint, and criminal history checks.
• No excessive checkride failures or previous aviation accidents or incidents.
• Availability for irregular flight schedules.

Compensation

• $65,000–$84,000 annually.
• Starting salary: $65,000.
• Additional trip incentives may apply.
