Position Summary

The Lear 45 Pilot conducts safe, precise, and professional Part 135 charter operations while delivering premium client service. The position supports a growing charter operation with integrated maintenance and operational resources and opportunities for advancement into larger aircraft and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Part 135 charter operations safely and professionally.
• Conduct comprehensive preflight planning and risk assessments.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver premium-level client service throughout each mission.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and flight crews.
• Manage domestic and international flight logistics.
• Maintain aircraft readiness, presentation, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 Total Time.
• Minimum 1,500 Multi-Engine.
• Turbine experience required.
• Strong Part 135 operational knowledge and regulatory discipline.
• Excellent crew resource management and decision-making skills.
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Learjet type rating.
• Charter experience.
• Strong EFB and scheduling platform proficiency.
