Position Summary

The Second-in-Command participates in an FAA-approved Cessna 208 Caravan Professional Development Program supporting Part 135 operations. The position provides structured mentoring, turbine flight experience, and a defined pathway toward Captain qualification.

Schedule

• 15 days on / 15 days off.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Second-in-Command aboard the Cessna 208 Caravan alongside experienced Captains.
• Support Part 135 scheduled and charter flight operations.
• Perform assigned preflight, in-flight, and postflight duties.
• Assist with weather evaluation, flight planning, and operational decision-making.
• Maintain accurate flight records and required documentation.
• Coordinate with Captains, dispatch, and maintenance personnel.
• Participate in structured mentoring and professional development.
• Progress toward PIC qualification as experience and proficiency requirements are met.

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single-Engine Land privileges.
• Current Second Class Medical.
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
