Captain | Challenger 650

Position Summary

The Captain operates the Challenger 605 in Part 91 and Part 135 Corporate and Charter operations. The role is responsible for safe and efficient flight operations while working closely with the flight crew and providing a high level of service during private passenger operations.

Schedule

• Full time position.
• Schedule rotation varies by aircraft.
• Travel required 100% of the time.
• Must live within two hours of Raleigh Durham International Airport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and timely flights for private Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
• Ensure the aircraft is prepared and ready for upcoming trips.
• Maintain communication with operations.
• Maintain required financial and operational records for each flight.
• Promote teamwork and encourage high standards among crew members.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, Multi Engine.
• Challenger 604, 605, or 650 Type Rating.
• First Class Medical.
• 3,500 hours total flight time.
• 2,000 hours multi engine fixed wing.
• 250 hours instrument.
• No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial pilot travel to and from Canada.
• Must meet applicable ICAO requirements for international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certain vaccinations may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 250 hours in type.
• Previous Part 91 or Part 135 experience.
• College degree.
