Instrument Rating Flight Instructor | FI(A) IR

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide flight instruction for SEP/MEP IR courses.

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings and provide in-flight instruction to ensure students develop a thorough understanding and comprehension of the training materials.

• Ensure all Academy goals are met, including student pass rates, timely completion of training, adherence to student flight hour limitations, and timely completion of student training records. Identify any issues and provide recommendations to the Group Manager for appropriate corrective action.

• Deliver professional, customer service-oriented flight instruction in accordance with the training manuals and OM-ATO.

• Be available to work a full-time schedule (part-time arrangements may also be considered).

Qualifications:

• Current EASA Flight Instructor Certificate FI(A).

• Valid Class I Medical Certificate.

• ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.

• Valid SEP/MEP IR.

• Instrument Instructor Rating IRI / IR-SE/ME (FCL.905.h).

• Last flight conducted within the preceding 6 months (preferred).

• Ability to provide flight instruction in English.
