Position Summary

The Avenger Pilot operates King Air B350 aircraft on airborne training sorties supporting rear-crew instruction. The role supports military flying-training activities while maintaining safe, professional aircraft operations.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent.
• 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday, with no weekend flying.
• Flexible working arrangements may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Fly sorties supporting rear-crew training.
• Maintain safe and compliant aircraft operations.
• Coordinate with instructors and engineers.
• Maintain readiness for scheduled and unscheduled flights.
• Support operational efficiency and professional flight standards.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Licence with at least 500 hours as first pilot, or qualification as a military multiengine pilot.
• Demonstrated medical fitness and ability to maintain flying currency.
• Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Strong safety judgment, communication and teamwork.
• Confidence using digital systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Instrument Rating and single-pilot operational fitness.
• Familiarity with military flying-training structures and rear-crew syllabi.
• Understanding of military training standards.
• Experience improving operational efficiency.
