Position Summary

The Flight Instructor provides flight, simulator, and ground instruction to domestic and international cadets within an EASA-approved flight training environment. The position supports structured pilot development while maintaining instructional, operational, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight, flight simulator, and ground instruction to students.
• Complete required training documentation and maintain accurate student records.
• Monitor student progress and conduct student reviews.
• Provide constructive feedback and ensure required flying standards are maintained.
• Conduct training in accordance with approved syllabi.
• Monitor student welfare and discipline throughout training.
• Maintain compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, manuals, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain a proactive approach to health and safety requirements.
• Follow applicable IAA and flight operations safety guidance.

Requirements

• Valid EASA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Valid EASA Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR).
• Valid EASA Flight Instructor FI(A) Certificate with unrestricted privileges.
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum ICAO English Level 5.
• Previous instructional experience within a flight training environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and IAA aviation regulations and ATO requirements.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-ORA and ATO manuals.
• Knowledge of ATPL theoretical subjects and practices.
• Knowledge of applicable aeronautical legislation, aircraft, and the aviation industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) privileges.
• Class Rating Instructor (CRI) privileges.
