Position Summary

The Captain supports flight operations on Challenger 300/350 aircraft in a home-based (remote) role. This position includes a stable 15/13 schedule set 12 months in advance, training scheduled 6 months in advance, and paid training days. This position reports to the Flight Operations Manager.

CL30 Minimums:

ATP Rated
PIC jet type rating (Challenger preferred)
3,000 hours fixed-wing time
1,500 hours PIC
1500 hours multi-engine
1000 hours turbine
300 hours logged IFR

Requirements

Current First Class Medical Certificate
No more than 2 checkride failures
No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
Authorization to work in the United States
Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served
150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days

Compensation

• Year 1 base pay: $180,000 (CL30)
• Additional pay for extra days worked
• Flight hour incentives
• Paid training days

• Per diem ($75 domestic / $120 international)
• Choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or in-lieu of vacation bonus $10,000
