Welcome to FlightHired. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Important Disclaimers & User Responsibility

FlightHired operates solely as a platform connecting aviation professionals and employers. We do not employ candidates, act as a recruiter, or guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.

FlightHired does not verify or guarantee:

• The accuracy or legitimacy of job listings
• The identity or qualifications of employers, recruiters, or candidates
• The outcome of any application or hiring process

All interactions, communications, and decisions made through or as a result of using the platform are conducted at your own risk.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying job opportunities and employer legitimacy
• Conducting appropriate due diligence
• Protecting their personal information

2. Third-Party Listings, External Applications & Direct Contact

FlightHired may display job listings sourced from third-party websites, company career pages, recruiter communications, or publicly available job postings.

In many cases, FlightHired provides:

• Links to external websites where applications are submitted; or
• Contact information (such as email addresses) for direct application

FlightHired does not:

• Host or manage external applications
• Control third-party websites or communication channels
• Verify the authorization, identity, or accuracy of listings or contacts

When you leave the platform or contact a third party, you do so at your own risk.

FlightHired is not responsible for:

• External website content or availability
• Communications with employers, recruiters, or third parties
• Misuse of contact information
• Application outcomes or hiring decisions
• Any damages or losses resulting from third-party interactions

All company names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with FlightHired.

FlightHired reserves the right to remove any job listing or contact information at any time, including upon request from the originating company or rights holder.

3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightHired provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

FlightHired disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content

FlightHired does not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Job postings are legitimate, accurate, or current
• Employers, recruiters, or candidates will meet expectations or qualifications

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlightHired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of employment opportunities
• Loss of income or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Reputational harm

arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Third-party listings or external websites
• Communications or interactions with other users or third parties
• Any content posted on the platform

In no event shall FlightHired’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the platform.

4. No Agency or Employment Relationship

FlightHired is an independent platform and does not act as an employer, recruiter, hiring agent, or staffing agency.

Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between FlightHired and any user.

All employment relationships are solely between candidates and employers.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlightHired, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the platform
• Your interactions with other users or third parties
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any content you submit or actions you take on the platform

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using FlightHired, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

7. Our Services

FlightHired is an aviation job board connecting aviation professionals (“candidates”) with aviation companies (“employers”).

8. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

FlightHired reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

9. Job Listings & Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their job postings.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their applications, qualifications, and credentials.

FlightHired does not conduct background checks, credential verification, or screening of employers, candidates, or recruiters.

9.1 Third-Party Job Listings, External Applications & Direct Contact

FlightHired may display job listings sourced from third-party websites, company career pages, recruiter communications, or publicly available job postings.

In many cases, FlightHired provides:

• Links directing users to external websites where applications are submitted; or
• Contact information, such as email addresses, allowing users to apply directly with employers or their representatives

FlightHired does not host, process, or manage applications for these third-party listings and does not participate in any hiring or recruiting activities.

FlightHired does not:

• Control or manage third-party job postings, external application systems, or communications
• Verify the identity, legitimacy, or authorization of any employer, recruiter, or contact person
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing or contact information
• Represent that any listing is authorized by or affiliated with the originating company

Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job opportunities and contacts and for conducting appropriate due diligence.

9.2 Reporting Job Listings

FlightHired provides users with the ability to report job listings that may be inaccurate, outdated, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

FlightHired reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and remove any listing or user at its sole discretion.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or information
• Share content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
• Use the platform to spam, harass, solicit, or defraud other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts
• Request or share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial information, or identification documents) outside of a legitimate and secure hiring process

FlightHired reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, edit, or restrict any content, job listing, or user account at any time, with or without notice.

11. Payments & Subscriptions

11.1 Launch Period

During our launch period, job seeker account registration and job searching are provided free of charge. Employers may post individual job listings at no cost.

11.2 Subscription Plans

Certain features of the platform may be offered through paid subscription plans.

11.3 Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize FlightHired and its third-party payment processors (including Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

11.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

11.5 Cancellation Responsibility

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription prior to renewal.

11.6 Pricing Changes

FlightHired reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

11.7 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

11.8 Payment Processing & Failed Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension.

11.9 Billing Disputes

You agree to contact contact@flighthired.com before initiating chargebacks.

11.10 Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

11.11 Acceptance

By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and materials on FlightHired are owned by or licensed to us.

User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying any content on FlightHired, including job listings, resumes, or profile information, you grant FlightHired a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

13. Privacy

Your use of FlightHired is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Disputes must first be attempted via contact@flighthired.com.

Unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.

You waive participation in class actions.

15. Changes to Terms

FlightHired may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
