Position Summary

The Aircraft Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) while also leading aviation-related projects. This role combines global flight operations with cross-functional project management responsibilities supporting the company’s aviation program.


Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights as PIC
  • Operate aircraft in accordance with SOPs and safety standards
  • Participate in risk management and security programs
  • Lead and support aviation-related projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service

Requirements
  • FAA ATP
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • 3,000 total flight hours
  • 1,000 hours jet time
  • Experience in international operations
  • Experience in GV or GVI (Gulfstream G550 / G650)
  • Ability to report to Bay Area within 48 hours

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Corporate PIC experience
  • Aviation project management experience (SMS, FOQA, security, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments
