Position Summary
The Aircraft Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) while also leading aviation-related projects. This role combines global flight operations with cross-functional project management responsibilities supporting the company’s aviation program.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights as PIC
- Operate aircraft in accordance with SOPs and safety standards
- Participate in risk management and security programs
- Lead and support aviation-related projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service
Requirements
- FAA ATP
- FAA First Class Medical
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- 3,000 total flight hours
- 1,000 hours jet time
- Experience in international operations
- Experience in GV or GVI (Gulfstream G550 / G650)
- Ability to report to Bay Area within 48 hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Corporate PIC experience
- Aviation project management experience (SMS, FOQA, security, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments

Compensation
- $222,000 – $322,000 base salary
