Position Summary

The Pilot is responsible for safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while delivering a high level of customer service and concierge-level experience for passengers.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely in accordance with FAA and company procedures
• Serve as final authority for flight operations
• Conduct passenger briefings and provide in-flight service
• Coordinate flight planning, weather, and operational decisions
• Load and manage baggage and cabin preparation
• Communicate with maintenance and operations teams
• Maintain professional interaction with passengers and crew

Requirements

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or ATP eligibility
• FAA First Class Medical
• ATP written completed prior to training
• 1,500 Total Flight Hours (or R-ATP minimums)
• 250 PIC Hours (fixed wing)
• 200 Cross Country Hours
• 100 Night Hours
• 75 Instrument Hours
• 50 Multi-Engine Hours
• Valid Passport
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass TSA background screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous corporate or Part 135 experience
• Strong customer service and CRM skills
