Position Summary

The Experienced First Officer (SIC) operates in a Part 121 environment, ensuring safe and efficient transport of passengers, cargo, and mail while maintaining professionalism and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Second in Command on scheduled flights
• Conduct preflight, inflight, and post-flight duties
• Ensure safe transport of passengers, cargo, and mail
• Comply with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Coordinate fueling, loading, and passenger handling
• Maintain a professional image and teamwork environment

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (multi-engine + instrument)
• FAA First Class Medical
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• 1,465 total flight hours or R-ATP qualified
• 500 cross-country hours (or 200 if R-ATP/military)
• 100 night hours
• 250 PIC hours (including 100 XC + 25 night)
• 75 instrument hours
• 25 multi-engine hours
• 200 hours qualifying experience under Part 121/135/91 or military
• Valid passport
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• 100 multi-engine hours
• 100 hours in last 12 months
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

• $92.72/hour (Year 1)
• 75-hour monthly guarantee
