Position Summary

The Second in Command (SIC) supports safe and efficient operation of Challenger 300 aircraft while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience for passengers in both Part 91 and 135 operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist PIC in safe and efficient flight operations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Deliver high-level passenger service from pre-flight to post-flight
• Conduct passenger briefings and coordinate trip logistics
• Manage cabin setup, cleanliness, catering, and baggage handling
• Serve as liaison between passengers and company
• Support flexible scheduling and operational needs

Requirements

• FAA ATP Certificate
• 3,000 total flight hours
• Current First Class Medical
• Valid passport with unrestricted travel
• Strong knowledge of FARs 91, 91K, and 135
• Ability to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong decision-making and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 300/350 type rating
• A&P or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license
• Experience in Part 91/135 operations
• International flight experience
