I am a Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI), U.S. Air Force veteran, and aviation leader with experience spanning military operations, professional flight training, aviation technology, and business leadership. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a commitment to safety, professionalism, continuous improvement, and developing people.
My aviation career began in the United States Air Force as a Combat Weather Forecaster, where I supported military flight operations by providing mission-critical weather analysis, operational risk assessments, and decision support for aircrews and commanders. That experience established the foundation for my passion for aviation safety, operational planning, and sound aeronautical decision-making.
After transitioning to civilian aviation, I completed ATP Flight School’s Airline Career Pilot Program and earned my Commercial Pilot, CFI, CFII, and MEI certificates. As Director of Kool Wings Academy’s Accelerated Career Education (A.C.E.) Program, I have had the privilege of mentoring and training the next generation of professional pilots while helping students achieve a 92% first-attempt FAA checkride pass rate through standardized, scenario-based instruction and a strong safety culture.
Beyond flight operations, I serve as Vice President of Sales & Business Development for Bisosoft, where I help drive the growth of Checkride Ready, an aviation technology platform designed to streamline scheduling for Designated Pilot Examiners, flight schools, and pilot applicants. This role has strengthened my expertise in strategic partnerships, customer engagement, product development, and bringing innovative solutions to the aviation industry.
My leadership experience also includes managing high-volume operations for Amazon, where I developed expertise in team leadership, operational excellence, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Across every role, the common thread has been leading teams, solving complex operational challenges, building trusted relationships, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety and professionalism.
I am currently seeking opportunities to continue my growth in Part 135 and corporate aviation, where I can contribute my experience in flight operations, crew resource management, leadership, and customer-focused service while continuing to develop as a professional pilot.
