Position Summary

The ATR Home-Base Captain operates under Part 121, conducting safe and compliant flight operations while flying a home-based schedule. This role follows a two weeks on / one week off rotation with travel beginning and ending at the pilot’s designated home base airport.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command with full operational responsibility
• Safely operate aircraft through all phases of flight
• Evaluate weather, fuel, and routing for go/no-go decisions
• Ensure proper aircraft loading and cargo safety
• Communicate with dispatch, ATC, and operations
• Complete required FAA reports and documentation
• Supervise and lead flight crew members
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, procedures, and company policies
• Promote a professional and safety-focused work environment

Requirements

• ATP Certificate with Multi-Engine Land
• First Class Medical
• 2,500 Total Flight Hours
• 1,000 PIC Hours
• 1,000 Multi-Engine Land Hours
• 300 Turbine/Turboprop Hours
• 500 Crew Time
• IFR currency and proficiency
• Must meet Part 121.436 qualifications
• Must comply with FAA/DOT drug and alcohol program
