Position Summary

The First Officer supports safe and efficient Part 121 flight operations while working as part of a unified crew, ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Captain in all phases of flight operations
• Ensure compliance with Part 121 and company procedures
• Monitor flight conditions, performance, and safety
• Communicate effectively with crew, dispatch, and operations
• Maintain professionalism and support company values

Requirements

• First Class Medical
• ATP or ATP-CTP completed (preferred)
• 1,500 Total Time preferred

• U.S. Passport required
• Must pass DOT drug screening

R-ATP Eligible:

• 750 TT (Military)
• 1,000 TT (Bachelor’s 141)
• 1,250 TT (Associate 141)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1,000 turbine time
• B737 type rating preferred

Compensation

• ~$121,146 Year 1 (including training pay)
• $9,170/month after sim checkride
• $10,644/month @ 80 hrs
