Position Summary

The Fixed Wing Pilot – SIC operates under Part 135 as Second in Command on the Cessna Citation 560, supporting the Pilot in Command in all aspects of flight operations. This role is responsible for safe mission execution, operational readiness, and adherence to all regulatory and company procedures in a time-critical air medical environment.


Responsibilities

Assist the PIC in the safe operation of all assigned flights
Ensure aircraft readiness in coordination with operations
Comply with all FARs and company procedures
Maintain operational awareness and communicate critical flight information
Conduct duties in a professional and mission-focused manner
Attend required training, meetings, and check rides
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership


Requirements

ATP Certificate (or ability to obtain)
1,500 total flight hours
250 multi-engine hours
250 PIC airplane hours
First Class Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain)
Valid U.S. Passport
Must reside in or relocate to Dallas, TX
Ability to obtain CE-560 type rating


Preferred Qualifications

Previous medevac or cargo experience


Schedule

7 days on / 7 days off
12-hour shifts (up to 14 hours under Part 135)
Day or night rotations


Compensation

Salary range: $91,289 – $104,331
Annual increases up to $125,299
$15,000 sign-on bonus
$40,000 retention bonus
Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
