Position Summary

Flex Air is seeking Flight Instructors for its Air Transport Pilot Career Track program, providing professional flight instruction while supporting pilot development toward Part 121 and Part 135 career opportunities.

Schedule
Full-time schedule, 5 days per week with scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional flight instruction
• Support students in achieving training milestones and certifications
• Maintain a training pass rate of 95% or higher
• Conduct instruction in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards
• Support student development toward airline and corporate aviation careers

Requirements

• CPL required
• CFI required
• CFII required
• FAA Class I Medical
• FAA Single Engine Land Commercial Certificate
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Full-time availability with scheduling flexibility
