Position Summary

PSA Airlines is seeking First Officers to support safe and efficient airline operations while ensuring passengers arrive safely and on time.

Full-time regional airline operations supporting domestic flight schedules and company operational requirements. Pilots begin earning Captain pay starting at 750 hours according to company policy.


Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient inflight operations
• Assist the Captain in preflight preparation
• Perform visual preflight and post-flight aircraft inspections
• Operate as Second-in-Command in accordance with company procedures
• Comply with FAA regulations and company policies
• Notify the Captain of deviations from regulations or safe operating practices
• Support flight crew operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Assume responsibilities of the Captain if required
• Perform duties assigned by the Captain
• Take action when safety or compliance concerns arise


Requirements

• Must obtain instrument rating required
• Must obtain commercial pilot license with multi-engine rating required
• Must be able to obtain First Class Medical required
• Must be able to obtain valid passport required
• Must be able to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit required
• Must meet ATP or Restricted ATP minimum qualifications required
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass fingerprint-based criminal history records check and pre-employment drug screen


Preferred Qualifications

• Regional airline experience preferred
• Strong communication and crew coordination skills
• Professional airline operational mindset
