Position Summary

The Certified Flight Instructor (CFII) / Private Pilot supports both flight instruction and private business travel operations in Ocala, Florida. This role includes operating single-engine and multi-engine aircraft while providing ground and flight instruction to student pilots in both VFR and IFR environments.


Responsibilities

• Provide private pilot services for business travel operations
• Operate aircraft safely and professionally in compliance with FAA regulations
• Monitor weather and adjust flight plans as necessary
• Provide ground and flight instruction to beginner pilots
• Teach aircraft operations, navigation, flight planning, and aviation regulations
• Conduct instruction in both single-engine and multi-engine aircraft
• Evaluate student progress and provide additional instruction as needed
• Maintain training records, flight logs, and certification documentation
• Demonstrate and enforce aviation safety procedures and best practices


Requirements

• Valid FAA Private Pilot License (PPL)
• CFII Certification
• FAA Medical Certificate
• Minimum 500 Total Flight Hours
• Experience in both VFR and IFR operations
• Certified in single-engine and multi-engine aircraft
• Qualified to instruct in both single-engine and multi-engine aircraft
• Experience as Pilot in Command (PIC)


Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for aviation and flight instruction
• Experience operating multiple aircraft types
