Position Summary

Leighnor Aircraft is seeking Certified Flight Instructors to provide flight and ground instruction for multiple certificate levels while supporting rental operations and advanced instructor candidate training.

Schedule

Flexible part-time schedule with self-scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight instruction for Sport, Recreational, Private, Instrument, and Commercial certificates
• Conduct aircraft checkouts for rental fleet operations
• Teach CFI and CFII candidates
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism
• Support student pilot development and training progression

Requirements

• Current Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate
• Current medical certificate
• Minimum 250 total flight hours required
• Minimum 400 total flight hours required for external candidates
• Minimum 100 hours dual given
• Passion for aviation education and student success

Preferred Qualifications

• CFII preferred
