Position Summary

Seeking a Lead Captain to serve as Pilot in Command for Gulfstream 280 operations supporting private aviation flight assignments with responsibilities focused on leadership, mentorship, operational safety, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flight operations
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• File flight plans and analyze weather and route conditions
• Mentor and develop crew members
• Coordinate crew scheduling and training activities
• Maintain working knowledge of aircraft systems and operational procedures
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance
• Conduct passenger briefings and coordinate with maintenance personnel
• Manage trip documentation and aircraft manuals
• Represent the company professionally during all operations

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required
• FAA First Class Medical required
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Five years aviation experience
• 3,500 Total Fixed-Wing Hours
• 1,500 PIC Hours
• 1,500 Multi-Engine Hours
• 500 Turbojet Hours
• 500 Turbine Hours
• 100 Night Hours
• 75 Simulated Instrument Hours
• Ability to travel worldwide without restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Corporate aviation experience preferred

Compensation

• $250,000 – $280,000 annually
