Position Summary

The Flight Instructor conducts high-quality flight instruction in accordance with approved training syllabi while maintaining strong standards of safety, professionalism, customer service, and compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight instruction in accordance with approved syllabi
• Maintain proficiency in all aircraft used for training
• Adhere to FAA regulations and company procedures
• Improve aeronautical knowledge and instructional proficiency through continued education
• Arrive prepared and on time for all training lessons
• Promote company events, products, and services to students
• Provide timely and professional customer service
• Attend monthly CFI meetings
• Complete annual club CFI checkout requirements
• Maintain proper use of online scheduling systems
• Support student safety and pilot development
