Position Summary

The First Officer supports safe and efficient domestic and international flight operations under FAA Part 121 regulations. This position assists the Captain during all phases of flight while operating a modern Boeing fleet in worldwide cargo, passenger, and ACMI operations. Successful candidates will maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and customer service. This position is for future opportunites.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Variable schedules, including reserve duty, weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Conduct flights in accordance with FAA Part 121 regulations and company procedures
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and Crew Resource Management (CRM)
• Participate in domestic and international flight operations
• Maintain required training, qualifications, and regulatory compliance
• Complete all required operational documentation and company procedures

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Rating and English Proficiency Endorsement
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid Passport with a minimum of 24 months validity and unrestricted international travel eligibility
• Ability to obtain a CANPASS permit
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to pass PRIA, PRD, and 10-year background screening requirements
• Ability to provide five years of training records or supporting documentation
• Minimum age of 23 years (maximum age 65 per FAA regulations)
• Thorough knowledge of FAA Part 121 regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work variable schedules, including reserve assignments

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 500 hours turbine flight time
• More than 200 flight hours within the previous 12 months
• Wide-body, military, international, or Pilot in Command (PIC) experience
• Multi-crew cockpit experience with CRM/TEM knowledge
• Experience operating in complex airspace and advanced avionics environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or a related field
