Position Summary

The Challenger 300 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while providing an exceptional flight experience for passengers. The position oversees all aspects of flight planning, crew coordination, regulatory compliance, and customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command during all phases of flight
• Conduct flight planning and mission preparation
• Oversee crew coordination and flight execution
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
• Coordinate with crew members and ground personnel
• Maintain operational readiness and aircraft safety

Requirements

• FAA ATP Certificate
• 3,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• 1,500 Hours PIC Time
• 500 Hours Turbine Time
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Must reside within one hour of Van Nuys Airport (KVNY) or be willing to relocate
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional demeanor and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence
