Description

Position Summary

The Captain – Phenom 300 is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and high standards of customer service. The position supports domestic and international operations and requires a safety-focused aviation professional committed to operational excellence, professionalism, and passenger service.


Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
• Participate in pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties
• Perform flight planning and weather analysis
• Conduct aircraft inspections
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness for each mission
• Complete fuel planning and weight and balance calculations
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel
• Maintain flight logs, reports, and required records
• Provide exceptional passenger service while maintaining discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate with co-pilots, maintenance personnel, and operations teams
• Maintain currency and qualification requirements through training and recurrent checks


Requirements

• FAA ATP Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• 1,500 Hours PIC Time
• 1,000 Hours Multi-Engine Turbine Time
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Ability to travel internationally without restrictions
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace procedures, and safety protocols
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation and professional discretion
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and international trips
• Availability for on-call assignments, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and load baggage or equipment as required


Preferred Qualifications

• Phenom 300 Type Rating
• 250 Hours PIC in Type
• Part 91 Experience
• Part 135 Experience
