Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 while delivering exceptional service to domestic and international passengers. This home-based position operates on a predictable schedule and maintains the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence in support of Part 135 business aviation operations.

Schedule

• 15 days on / 13 days off schedule

Responsibilities
• Safely operate the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 as Pilot-in-Command
• Conduct domestic and international flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
• Maintain operational readiness and aircraft proficiency
• Coordinate with the Operational Control Center and flight operations personnel
• Comply with company safety management, fatigue management, and operational standards
• Complete all required training and maintain pilot qualifications

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• PIC jet type rating (Bombardier Challenger preferred)
• Minimum 3,000 hours fixed-wing flight time
• Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command
• Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time
• Minimum 300 hours instrument flight time
• Minimum 150 flight hours within the previous 365 days
• Minimum 30 flight hours within the previous 90 days
• No more than two checkride failures
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the past five years
• Meet ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for international commercial operations
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Authorization to travel to all destinations served by the company

• Bombardier Challenger 300/350 type rating

Compensation
• Year 1 base salary: $195,000
• Total compensation potential: Up to $247,825
• Additional extra day pay
• Monthly flight hour bonus
• Paid training days
• Domestic per diem: $75 per day
• International per diem: $120 per day
• Optional $10,000 vacation bonus in lieu of vacation time
