Position Summary

The First Officer (Home Based) – CL300/350 supports domestic and international business aviation operations while delivering exceptional passenger service and operational excellence. The position assists the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and serves as a professional representative of the flight department. The role is home-based and operates on a fixed rotational schedule.

• 15 Days On / 13 Days Off

• Training Scheduled 6 Months in Advance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Conduct domestic and international flight operations
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and SOPs
• Deliver exceptional passenger service and professionalism
• Support safe and efficient aircraft operations
• Coordinate with operational control, maintenance, and leadership teams
• Maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance
• Serve as a professional ambassador of the flight department

Requirements

• ATP Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Hours Fixed-Wing Flight Time
• 750 Hours PIC Time
• 250 Hours Multi-Engine Time
• Jet Experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served without restrictions
• 150 Flight Hours within the Previous 365 Days
• 30 Flight Hours within the Previous 90 Days
• No more than 2 Checkride Failures
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the previous 5 years
• Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot

• Year 1 Base Salary: $93,100
