Description

Position Summary

Seeking a Pilot in Command (PIC) to support Part 135 and Part 91 operations. This position is responsible for the safe operation of assigned aircraft while supporting executive transportation, crew changes, surveillance missions, and offshore logistics operations.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flight operations
• Ensure the safe operation, security, and airworthiness of assigned aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and flight planning activities
• Monitor weather conditions and applicable FAA NOTAMs
• Promote effective Crew Resource Management (CRM)
• Participate in operational control activities
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding aircraft discrepancies
• Maintain certification, medical, and flight currency requirements
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and operations specifications
• Supervise fueling and oil servicing operations
• Brief passengers in accordance with Part 135 requirements
• Maintain responsibility for passenger, cargo, aircraft, and crew safety
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Maintain communication with logistics personnel regarding schedules, routing, passengers, and loads
• Complete all required flight documentation and post-flight duties


Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Qualified in accordance with 14 CFR 135.243
• FAA ATP Certificate
• Type Rating, if required for assigned aircraft
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 1,500 flight hours
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
