Description
Position Summary
The Pilatus PC-12 First Officer serves as Second in Command in a two-pilot operation supporting scheduled airline and Part 135 charter operations throughout the United States. The role operates within a standardized CRM environment using established checklists, callouts, flows, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Schedule
• System-wide open time available for additional flying
• Trip trading available
• Route structure allows most pilots to return home each day during their workweek
• Domiciles assigned based on seniority during the first week of ground school
Responsibilities
• Serve as Second in Command of the Pilatus PC-12
• Support safe and efficient two-pilot flight operations
• Follow established Crew Resource Management (CRM) procedures
• Operate in accordance with established checklists, callouts, flows, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Support scheduled airline and Part 135 charter operations
Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Instrument Rating
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 700–1,100 hours Total Flight Time, depending on operational need
• Minimum 100 hours Point-to-Point Cross-Country Flight Time
• Minimum 25 hours Night Point-to-Point Cross-Country Flight Time
• Preference for pilots who live near an assigned domicile/base
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months employment experience as a pilot
• Minimum 50 hours Turbine Flight Time
• Minimum 75 hours Instrument Flight Time
