Description

Position Summary

Seeking a Phenom 100/300 Instructor Pilot to deliver high-quality flight simulator and ground school instruction. This position is responsible for training pilots pursuing type ratings, recurrent training, and qualification programs while maintaining regulatory compliance and instructional excellence.


Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school instruction for assigned aircraft types
• Conduct pre-simulator and post-simulator briefings
• Support type ratings, certificates, recurrent training, and pilot qualifications
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout training programs
• Complete training records and recommend remedial training when necessary
• Track instructional qualifications and activity requirements
• Support curriculum and courseware development as needed
• Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman when eligible
• Maintain a professional and effective learning environment
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with FAA and company requirements


Requirements

• Must hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP Certificate
• Must hold at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
• Participation in DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience flying single-pilot aircraft
• Experience flying business aircraft
• Experience delivering instruction to diverse learners
• Previous curriculum or courseware development experience
• Strong attention to detail
