Description
Position Summary
Seeking an Airbus A220 First Officer to support safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. This position works closely with the Captain and flight crew to ensure operational excellence, passenger safety, and preparation for future advancement to Captain.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Airbus A220, Federal Aviation Regulations, company manuals, policies, and procedures
• Assist with flight planning and operational preparation
• Ensure compliance with all flight and duty time limitations, training requirements, and medical certification requirements
• Perform duties assigned by the Captain during flight operations
• Assess and manage operational risks during all phases of flight
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles throughout operations
• Maintain proficiency in aircraft systems, procedures, and flight operations
• Prepare for future upgrade to Captain through professional development and training
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Review weather conditions and forecasts prior to each flight
• Assist with passenger, baggage, cargo, and aircraft handling when required
• Complete additional duties assigned by the company
Requirements
• Minimum 23 years old at time of hire
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate or Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings
• Current ATP Written completed if ATP Certificate is not held
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Valid Passport
• 1,500 Total Flight Hours
• 500 Fixed-Wing Turbine Hours
• 750 Fixed-Wing Hours
• 500 Cross Country Hours
• 250 Fixed-Wing PIC Hours
• 100 Night Hours
• 75 Instrument Hours
• 50 Actual Multi-Engine Flight Hours
• Actively flying during two of the previous five years
• Ability to join a training class within six months of application
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, TSA background screening, and company background checks
• Authorization to work in the United States
• English language proficiency

• Previous Part 121 Experience
• Previous Part 135 Experience
• Military Aviator Experience
• 500+ Fixed-Wing Multi-Engine Hours
• Jet Experience
• Flight Management System (FMS) Experience
