Position Summary

Seeking a Second in Command (SIC) to support Challenger 604 operations in a Part 135 charter environment. This position assists with domestic and international flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.

Schedule

• 8 On / 6 Off or 15 On / 13 Off
• Travel days included
• Home-based position
• Must live within 2 hours of a major airport

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 604
• Conduct domestic and international flights in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations
• Maintain situational awareness and adherence to company SOPs
• Coordinate with Captains, dispatch, and maintenance personnel
• Demonstrate professional communication throughout all phases of flight
• Support a positive safety-focused cockpit culture
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable passenger experience
• Participate in recurrent training and advancement programs
• Support future upgrade and leadership opportunities

Requirements

• ATP Certificate or ATP Written completed
• First Class Medical Certificate
• 2,000+ hours total flight time
• 500+ hours PIC time
• Strong safety record
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Residence within the continental United States
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 604 experience
• Challenger series experience
• Part 135 experience
• Recent training in type within the last 36 months
• International flight experience
