Position Summary

The Citation XL/XLS+ Captain is responsible for conducting safe and professional Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This position supports aircraft management and charter operations and requires strong judgment, communication skills, and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command for Citation XL/XLS+ operations
• Conduct Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations in accordance with company procedures and FAA regulations
• Perform pre-flight planning and weather analysis
• Calculate aircraft performance and operational requirements
• File flight plans and ensure flight readiness
• Conduct safe and efficient flight operations during all phases of flight
• Assist with maintaining aircraft cleanliness and presentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and clients
• Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all operational decisions

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Citation XL/XLS+ Type Rating
• Minimum 3,000 Hours Total Time PIC
• Minimum 2,000 Hours Multi-Engine Time
• Minimum 500 Hours Turbojet Time
• Minimum 50 Hours in Make and Model
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area
• This is a non-commutable position
