Description

Position Summary

The Captain Pilot is responsible for operating company aircraft as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC), providing safe, efficient, and professional air transportation services. This position ensures compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, and international operating standards while delivering exceptional service to passengers and supporting flight department operations.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) on company aircraft
• Ensure the safety and airworthiness of company aircraft
• Review weather, NOTAMs, aircraft performance data, and weight and balance calculations
• File flight plans and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and ICAO standards
• Operate aircraft in accordance with manufacturer procedures and company SOPs
• Coordinate passenger requirements including security, ground transportation, catering, and baggage handling
• Participate in the Flight Department Safety Management System (SMS)
• Identify and report operational hazards and safety concerns
• Complete required training and maintain qualifications on company aircraft
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Pilot


Requirements

• ATP-CTP Completion Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 1,500 Hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 500 Hours Multi-Engine Turbine Time
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, FAA regulations, air traffic control procedures, and navigation systems
• Experience with EFBs, ARINC, and ForeFlight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong decision-making, communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

• ATP Certificate
• CL-604/605/650 Type Rating
• EMB-550 Type Rating
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6–10 Years Corporate Aviation Experience
• 5,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• 2,500 Hours Multi-Engine Jet Time
• Recent International Flight Experience
