Position Summary
The First Officer is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient ground and flight operations of the Learjet 40XR. This position works closely with the Captain, dispatch, maintenance, and company leadership to ensure exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and safe aircraft operations while supporting domestic and international flight missions.

Responsibilities
• Support the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight
• Assist in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Comply with FAA regulations, company manuals, operational specifications, and procedures
• Maintain communication and coordination with assigned crew members, dispatch, maintenance, and administration
• Support domestic and international flight operations
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management and senior leadership

Requirements
• Minimum 1,000 hours fixed-wing total time
• Minimum 500 hours PIC time
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Radio License
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Eligible for unrestricted international travel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to live within 2 hours of KLAS or an approved remote crew base

Preferred Qualifications
• 1,500+ hours fixed-wing total time
• 50+ hours multi-engine time
• 500 hours turbine time
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Previous Part 135 charter experience
• Previous corporate aviation experience
• Current type rating in a company-operated aircraft
