Description

Position Summary

The Corporate Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while supporting domestic and international corporate flight operations. The position ensures compliance with FAA regulations, ICAO standards, company operating procedures, and aircraft manufacturer limitations while providing exceptional service to passengers and maintaining operational readiness.


Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew members, ground personnel, and aircraft operations
• Operate aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, ICAO regulations, company manuals, and manufacturer limitations
• Complete pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness, stocking, and readiness for flight
• Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational impacts to passengers
• Respond appropriately to environmental changes and emergencies
• Maintain operational integrity of the flight department
• Provide in-flight service, including catering and alcohol service as required
• Lift and handle items up to 50 pounds
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Pilot


Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 4,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 2,000 Hours Pilot in Command Time
• Minimum 1,000 Hours Jet Time
• Minimum 500 Hours Multi-Crew Cockpit Experience
• 10+ Years Professional Aviation Experience
• Corporate Flight Department Experience
• Ability to Cross International Borders
• No FAA Incidents or Accidents
• No Convictions That Would Prevent Holding a Driver’s License or ATP Certificate
• Ability to Travel Frequently, Including Short-Notice Travel
• Ability to Lift 50 Pounds


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or Related Field
• Super Mid-Size or Large Cabin Jet Experience
• International Flight Experience
• Citation Sovereign Experience or Currency
