Description
Pilot – Fixed Wing Pilot
Position Summary
The Fixed Wing Pilot is responsible for providing air medical transportation services while operating aircraft assigned to their base location. Aircraft may include King Air (C90/200/350), PC-12, Caravan (C208), or Hawker aircraft. Pilots work with medical teams to safely transport patients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
• Safely transport customers between locations and medical facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches in accordance with company manuals, FARs, and company requirements
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and operational readiness
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, records, and load manifests
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and operational partners
• Provide shift-change briefings and operational updates to transitioning pilots
• Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing ground and flight training
Requirements
• Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land (C-AMEL) or Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) where required
• Must have or be willing and able to obtain ATP
• Valid and Unexpired Driver’s License
• Current FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,500 Total Flight Hours (3,000 Total Flight Hours for Jet Airframes)
• Minimum 2,000 Fixed Wing Hours
• Minimum 1,000 PIC Hours
• Minimum 500 Cross Country Hours
• Minimum 500 Multi-Engine Hours (Where Applicable)
• Minimum 100 Night Hours
• Minimum 75 Instrument Hours (50 Actual)
Preferred Qualifications
• Single Pilot IFR Experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or Higher Education
