Position Summary

The CL604 PIC is responsible for the safe, compliant, and professional operation of flights conducted under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. This position operates within a dedicated three-pilot crew supporting a long-term aircraft owner, providing a consistent and personalized flight experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with assigned crew members
• Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards
• Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with company standards
• Complete required administrative and operational documentation

Requirements

• Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 Hours Total Time
• 1,500 Hours PIC Time
• 500+ Hours Multi-Engine Time
• Larger swept-wing jet aircraft experience required
• Must reside in the eastern half of the United States (generally Texas and states east) due to operational coverage and travel-response requirements
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international operations, including Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past 5 years
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation

• Base Salary: $201,000 Annually
• Total First-Year Compensation: $225,000+

Additional Incentives:
• Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $1,150
• Holiday Pay: $800
• Domestic Per Diem: $75
• International Per Diem: $120
• Additional bonus opportunities up to $20,000
