Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Pilot-in-Command for a home-based position operating Lear aircraft in a dynamic Part 91 and Part 135 environment. This role offers approximately 450+ flight hours annually and involves operating a variety of missions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

Schedule
8 days on / 6 days off

Responsibilities
• Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with assigned crew members
• Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards
• Deliver a high level of customer service and client experience
• Complete required administrative and operational documentation
• Report aircraft discrepancies during flight and ground operations in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain compliance with pilot qualification requirements and company operating standards

Requirements
• Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Pilot-in-Command Hours
• 500+ Multi-Engine Hours
• No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years
• Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including Canada, Mexico, and Caribbean operations
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Maintain an impeccable professional appearance
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
• Successfully pass a comprehensive background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Home-based position

Compensation
• Base Salary: $156,250 annually
• First-year total compensation exceeding $175,000
• Scheduled Day Off Pay: $1,150 per day
• Holiday Pay: $800
• Domestic Per Diem: $75
• International Per Diem: $120
• Additional role incentives and bonuses up to $20,000
