Position Summary
Seeking a full-time Second-in-Command for a Phenom 300E operation. The successful candidate will support safe and efficient flight operations while adhering to company standards of safety, service, and integrity. This position requires a highly professional team player capable of operating in an on-call environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the safe operation of the Phenom 300 aircraft
• Review aircraft maintenance status prior to flight
• Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual
• Review weather conditions, routing, airport facilities, and alternate airports prior to departure
• Ensure flights are conducted in accordance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft
• Complete all trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with company procedures

Requirements
• Minimum 1,000 Total Flight Hours
• Minimum 500 PIC Hours
• Minimum 500 Multi-Engine Land Hours
• Minimum 100 Multi-Engine PIC Hours
• Minimum 100 Turbojet Hours
• Minimum 75 Instrument Hours
• First Class Medical Certificate
• Ability to work on an on-call basis
• Ability to complete ICAO International Procedures Training annually
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KTYQ or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications
• Type Rating in the Phenom 300
• Type Rating in a comparable aircraft

Compensation
• Compensation range: $50,000 – $500,000 annually
• Compensation is based on geographic area, experience, aircraft type, job duties, training, and assigned account
