Position Summary
Seeking a Ground School Instructor to deliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction to U.S. and international students enrolled in FAA Part 141, UK CAA, and EASA-approved training programs. This role is responsible for classroom instruction, student progress monitoring, training record management, course development support, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and training standards.

Responsibilities
• Deliver FAA ground school instruction following completion of instructor standardization training
• Support development and continuous improvement of course presentations, lesson plans, training materials, and study resources
• Monitor and evaluate student academic progress and provide guidance as needed
• Prepare, maintain, and accurately document student training records
• Maintain current knowledge of learning objectives, regulatory requirements, and training standards
• Support administrative and operational functions related to ground training operations
• Ensure compliance with training policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Promote company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the academy
• Review and maintain training documentation, manuals, and courseware
• Deliver training that supports safety, quality, customer service, and training excellence

Requirements
• Experience delivering FAA Ground School instruction
• FAA Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) Certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring future aviation professionals
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced training environment
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with an international student population
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship restrictions
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
• Successful completion of background investigation
• Ability to obtain TSA badging if required

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience instructing within an FAA Part 141 training environment
• Experience training under other aviation regulatory authorities
