Position Summary

The Cessna 337 Skymaster Pilot is responsible for safe, effective, and efficient flight operations supporting airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions. The position operates Cessna 337G/H aircraft in coordination with mission personnel while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and a strong focus on crew safety.

Schedule
• Varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
• Extended duty periods and sequential workdays may be required
• 50%–100% travel required
• Day and night flight operations

Responsibilities
• Safely operate Cessna 337G/H Skymaster aircraft in support of assigned missions
• Complete required safety and flight documentation in accordance with applicable FAA standards and safety programs
• Conduct preflight planning and aircraft preflight inspections
• Identify aircraft maintenance faults and coordinate appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinate mission execution with Mission Systems Operators operating onboard sensor systems
• Monitor airspace, weather, radio communications, mission boundaries, surrounding traffic, and aircraft systems
• Coordinate flights with FBOs, military range control, military and civilian ATC facilities, Mission Systems Operators, and Mission Coordination Services
• Operate modified contractor-owned and contractor-operated aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Conduct operations during day and night conditions under VMC and IMC
• Maintain night currency and instrument proficiency
• Support additional duties when assigned, including Aviation Safety Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Pilot Scheduler, Tactical Operations Officer, or Flight Operations Manager
• Operate from remote, austere, and primitive locations, including locations with potentially unimproved runways

Requirements
• Current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
• Active Secret-level security clearance or higher
• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience
• Minimum 1,000 hours documented Pilot-in-Command time
• Minimum 300 hours in multi-engine turboprop aircraft
• Qualification in the applicable mission, aircraft type, design, and series as appropriate
• Ability to meet the physical and visual requirements established for the position
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work extended duty periods, sequential days, and in varying weather and environmental conditions

Preferred Qualifications
• More than 500 hours multi-engine turboprop time
• Cessna 337 experience
• U.S. military or government law enforcement pilot experience
• U.S. military-trained Fixed Wing Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot, or Instrument Examiner experience
• Previous overseas rotation experience supporting U.S. government contracts
