I am an Oklahoma State University graduate. I have extensively researched the functions and standards of both commercial and general aviation. This includes, but is not limited to: An understanding of FAA and NTSB regulations; Effective means of communication among the numerous roles fulfilled within an airport; A basic understanding of investigative means to determine the cause of an aircraft accident/incident; Measures used to combat the threats which face the aviation industry.

Enamored by what I learned at OSU, I further pursued aviation by stepping into the cockpit. From 0 flight hours, I trained at Oklahoma Aviation until I achieved my Commercial Pilot License. As a full time student, I performed a physically demanding position at FedEx Express to maintain my solo life style. As a courier, I learned many valuable organizational, punctual, and problem-solving skills in order to ease my work load and succeed within the company.

Through shear will and determination, I find myself where I am today: Searching for my first pilot job. It is a well earned milestone to the ambitions I have set ahead of myself. I will continue to grow and learn, to hone the skills I’ve learned at my flight academy, and to strive toward self-actualization.
