Position Summary
The PIC Instructor provides professional flight instruction while mentoring and developing the next generation of professional pilots. This position is responsible for delivering standardized, safety-focused training, fostering student success, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and instructional excellence.

• Complete the company’s instructor standardization program
