Description

Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a Challenger 300 while supporting Part 135 flight operations. This position serves as the final authority for all assigned flights, ensures regulatory and company compliance, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This is a two-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician based in Phoenix, Arizona.


Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command and exercise final authority for all assigned flight operations
• Ensure all flight and crew assignments comply with FAA regulations and company policies
• Complete flight planning, aircraft performance calculations, and weight and balance requirements
• Conduct Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings to mitigate operational risks
• Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator in accordance with company policy
• Complete all required aircraft preflight inspections and verify aircraft maintenance status
• Record aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure aircraft servicing requirements, including fuel, oil, and oxygen, are completed
• Conduct required passenger safety briefings
• Deliver exceptional customer service while accommodating passenger needs
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) throughout all phases of flight
• Maintain required FAA and company training, qualifications, and currency
• Support the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and report safety concerns through appropriate channels


Requirements
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona area (non-commutable position)
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
• Previous Part 135 operating experience
• Minimum 3,500 Hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 2,000 Hours Pilot in Command
• Minimum 1,500 Hours Multi-Engine Land
• Minimum 500 Hours PIC Multi-Engine Land
• Minimum 500 Hours Jet Time
• Minimum 300 Hours Instrument Time
